We have worked with some of the largest and smallest ophthalmic drug companies in the world. We have helped these companies get their products, devices, and drugs through the FDA in terms of their corneal endothelial analysis. In the past 13 years, we have accurately analyzed over 80,000 images for our clients for FDA submissions.
Our Services
We offer both clinical (human) and preclinical (animal model) corneal endothelial reading, including clinical site certification. We also offer IOL Lens Rotation measurements for our clients along with Choroidal Thickness measurements.
Additionally, we offer In Vitro Corneal Specular Perfusion studies for pre- and post-clinical drug and solution screening. This is needed to determine if a drug or solution formula may negatively affect the corneal endothelium (usually pre FDA trial).
